Nordstrom is making a big push for encouraging use of contactless ways to shop and pay with the launch of its new holiday guide.
The holiday guide was officially released on Monday and highlights services like styling advice and gift wrapping. Customers will have the opportunity to interact virtually with gifting experts who will be available both via online chat and video as well as in-store by appointment.
Starting October 26, Nordstrom will also extend curbside pickup, with gift-wrapping services becoming available curbside at Nordstrom and Local stores as of November 1.
Furthermore, the company’s personalized styling service Trunk Club styling box service is allowing customers to “request stocking stuffers from Nordstrom’s home and beauty categories in addition to pieces that complete their cozy winter wardrobe.”
Customers of all ages will also be able engage with Nordstrom Santa on their terms by sending him an email or writing him a letter and dropping it off in-store or via Curbside Pickup.
