Call it a match made in heaven. New York-based streetwear brand, Supreme, is teaming up with luxury jewelry label, Tiffany & Co.
The collaboration was teased via Instagram over the weekend through a short video focusing on a man’s silver tag pearl necklace with no accompanying text, just a chain-link emoji.
Tiffany & Co. then followed up on Monday with their own collaboration tease, this time posting various shots of the collection which features a “Please Return To Supreme” heart tag chain necklace, a pearl necklace and two keychains, one featuring a hidden knife within the key.
The collaboration follows a series of efforts Tiffany & Co. has made recently to reenergize its marketing strategy, including the appointment of Beyoncé and Jay-Z as brand ambassadors. The company has also made several internal leadership changes such as the appointment of Anthony Ledru, who now serves as chief executive of Tiffany & Co. in place of Alessandro Bogliol and Alexandre Arnault, who now serves as executive vice president of product and communications.
