The “experiential pop-up” store will leverage the brand’s Omnisuite and Omnishop technology to integrate the online and physical store experience for both customers and store associates and ultimately deliver a frictionless shopping experience.
The brand’s customers, as well as its VIP members, will be able to request different sizes, colors, check inventory and experiment with styling tips without leaving the fitting room. Customers will also be able to take style quizzes throughout the store using touchscreen displays to get better style and options recommendations that better match their preferences and needs. Additionally, store associates will be able to use the brand’s Omnisuite-powered point of sale system to help customers find inventory and have products shipped to their doors free of charge.

Fabletics, which TechStyle and actress Kate Hudson co-founded, has been rapidly expanding its physical footprint. The London store will be the brand’s 72nd store location. This particular store will span nearly 2,400 square feet and will be spread across two floors.
