Smith-Cameron, Deb Haaland, Antony Blinken, Don Lemon and Drew Barrymore. Trevor Noah was the featured speaker for the night and was appointed the duty to provide a comic roast of the Biden administration. The annual dinner aims to support the work of journalists who cover the president.
Biden’s attendance this year marks the first time since 2016 that a sitting president has attended the dinner as former President Donald Trump boycotted the event during his time in the office. And on a minor note, this dinner marked the official debut of Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson as a couple.
