French luxury design house, Hermès, is moving its U.S. headquarters to Manhattan’s former Sony building on Madison Avenue.

According to a statement made on Monday by landlord Olayan Group, the location at 550 Madison Avenue offers more than 71,000 square feet of office space on the 23rd through 25th floors of the tower.

Olayan gut-renovated the 800,000 square-foot tower, adding a garden, hospital-level filtration systems as well as a curated library.

Hermè’s move to relocate its U.S. headquarters to the former Sony building follows a recent trend, wherein companies have been looking to move to newer skyscrapers or redeveloped buildings. Just this past November, Chubb also signed on as an anchor tenant at 550 Madison, the former Sony Building.
