Morgenthaler, a graduate of the University of Washington, most recently served as head of human resources at Epic Games (the maker of Fortnite). She has also overseen human resources for various companies, including Newell Rubbermaid and Amazon.

ShipBob was launched in 2014 with support from Y Combinator by co-founders Dhruv Saxena and Divey Gulati to provide access to best-in-class supply chain and fulfillment capabilities to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Today, ShipBob supports automated electronic data interchange (EDI) fulfillment for over 60 retailers, including Target, Chewy, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, Ulta, Nordstrom, and Petco.
