Australian burger joint “College Dropout Burgers” recently got served with a side of lawsuit for drawing too much inspiration from Kanye West’s latest album.

The restaurant, which was founded by Ye fan, Mark Elkhouri, received a cease-and-desist letter from West’s legal team, asking for a complete rebranding of the establishment, West Australia Today reported.

In addition to the restaurant name, which references Ye’s debut album, The College Dropout, the restaurant’s menu includes references to famous Ye songs and LPs, such as the Golddigger, a fried chicken burger, the Cheezus burger, and the Good Morning breakfast burger.

“It’s pretty hard being a Kanye West fan with this situation, we have to respect his wishes and move forward,” said Elkhouri.

Initially, Elkhouri thought Ye was a fan of his restaurant as the rapper began viewing his Instagram Stories. But, as it turns out, the rapper may have been gathering evidence.

“The fact he was viewing our [Instagram] Stories and was there had me believe he was a fan of us,” Elkhouri told West Australia Today.

In response to the cease-and-desist letter, Elkhouri is being forced to rebrand and change both the restaurant’s name and its products. Furthermore, Elkhouri will have to change the burger joints logo, which currently features a variation of West’s Graduation bear.

“I am extremely disappointed. There’s no doubt about that, but it doesn’t even come close to the impact that he’s had on my life,” said Elkhouri.
