Direct-to-consumer (DTC) luxury home brand, Brooklinen, is planning to triple its retail presence across the U.S. and open its first warehouse location in Canada.

As part of its expansion plan, the brand is looking to grow its presence in both existing and new locations such as New York City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Portland and San Francisco. The move to expand into new markets come on the heels of a record 227% growth in year-over-year net sales for its retail stores in 2021.

“The world of shopping has completely transformed since we got our start in 2014, and so has the way our customers experience Brooklinen,” said Rich Fulop, Co-Founder and CEO at Brooklinen.

“As our business reaches new heights, we’re excited to continue meeting our customers wherever they want to find us through conscious, deliberate omnichannel expansion.”

Brooklinen’s largest location will be in the city of Los Angeles and it plans to open new locations throughout April, May and June 2022. Brooklinen also plans to double its retail presence over the next couple of years, opening as many as 25 to 30 stores by the end of 2024.

Additionally, the company is rolling out a business-focused product offering called Brooklinen for Business this month, which will sell hospitality-grade products for hotel and B&B customers.

Brooklinen’s Canadian warehouse is expected to open in late summer 2022.
