Gymshark is set to open an 18,000 sq. ft. store located at 165 Regent Street in London this Saturday, October 29, 2022.

According to the activewear giant, the new flagship will be “a place for our community to experience the essence of Gymshark.”

The new flagship location, formally a J.Crew store, is expected to sell merchandise and clothing and will feature a Sweat Room, a Joe & the Juice, and a hub.

The Sweat Room will offer roughly 30 classes per week, five community sessions and four open gym sessions. Meanwhile, the Hub section of the space is expected to be an area for its community to host podcasts, panels, workshops, screenings, live streaming, and a Sunday Brunch event with a guest professional each week for Gymshark customers.

The flagship has been equipped with mobile furniture that can be cleared within minutes for use as a workout space and double as a “stage” for bigger events.

According to Ben Francis, the company’s founder and CEO, the location will be a “test and learn” facility.

“If you come back to this store in 12, 18 months and it’s the same, then either we’ve knocked it out the park or, more likely, we’ve adapted as we find out what our customers and visitors want from us. If we haven’t changed, then we haven’t listened,” said Francis.
