Christina Aguilera has been named the co-founder and chief wellness advisor of Playground, a sexual wellness brand specializing in personal lubricants.

Aguilera, who is well-known for her provocative music video “Dirrty” and her topless album cover for “Stripped,” is seeking to use her platform to promote sexual wellness and to provide guidance on women’s needs.

“There are multiple places that I realize I orgasm from that I didn’t use to when I was in my twenties,” she said. “The more you explore, the more you discover.”

Playground’s product line currently consists of four water-based lubricants: Love Sesh, Date Night, Mini Escape, and After Hours, retailing for $25 each. All lubricants are plant-based, vegan, and contain beneficial ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, bamboo extract, and vitamin E.

Aguilera emphasized the health benefits of the lubricants and expressed her appreciation for the brand’s commitment to using safe and natural ingredients, stating that consumers often unknowingly expose themselves to harmful chemicals.

Through her appointment, Aguilera is looking to help women feel empowered and safe when discussing and exploring sexual wellness.
