Hum Nutrition Launches Gummy With Clinically Tested Ingredients for PMS Symptom Relief

HUM Nutrition has launched the first gummy with clinically tested chaste berry extract for PMS symptom relief.

With the launch of the new gummy, Hum Nutrition is not only seeking to expand its women’s health line but also looking to respond to the increased demand from consumers who prefer gummies over pills for daily vitamins and supplements.

“Our customers were looking for an easy-to-take solution for PMS symptoms, so in continuation of our commitment to women’s health, we formulated the first vegan gummy to contain clinical levels of standardized chaste berry extract that delivers on both taste and efficacy. This ingredient has been shown to help manage PMS symptoms in clinical studies,” said Dr. Jennifer Martin-Biggers, Hum’s head of scientific affairs and education.

The wellness company noted that the SOS PMS GUMMIES are formulated with chaste berry to support a healthy hormonal balance, cranberry to support urinary tract health, and Vitamin B6 to support overall mood.

The SOS PMS GUMMIES retail for $26 and can be purchased on the Hum Nutrition website.
