Kendall Jenner & Alton Mason Appointed As the New Faces of Messika’s New Brand Campaign

French luxury jewelry brand Messika has unveiled its 2023 campaign, featuring two of the biggest names in fashion and entertainment, Kendall Jenner and Alton Mason.

The campaign, shot in the middle of the American desert, is inspired by the world of American cinema and vintage cars.

Valérie Messika, the brand’s artistic director, created a spectacular shoot, mixing contemporary jewelry, colors, and designs. The campaign, which reflects Kendall Jenner’s passion for iconic American cars, features vintage cars and bright Pontiacs.

“This new collaboration is deemed as a natural extension with Messika,” said Jenner, who has collaborated with Messika before. “I love old American cars, so it was wonderful to be able to soak up that vintage and mythic aura that was emitted. Iconic jewelry, unique cars in a spectacular American setting, what could be more inspiring!”

The photo shoot exudes a strong modern vibe and encourages bold and unrestricted styling, with American dancer Alton Mason marking a new chapter in his partnership with the House of Messika.

“Messika breathes a new, cool, and modern breath into the world of jewelry. Our collaboration during last September’s show was built on sincerity. An essential mutual complicity, which is revealed in this unique and very free campaign,” said Mason.

The desert’s barren and mineral landscape contrasts the latex, gold, and diamond glimmer, while the Pontiacs’ glossy colors, leather, and velvet interiors add a retro touch. The interplay of contrasting materials creates an unconventional and laid-back ambiance, with the untamed American desert serving as a scenic backdrop for Messika’s collection.

The campaign was shot by international fashion photographer Chris Colls in the Palm Springs desert.
